Q: What time is check-in and check out?
A: Check in time is 4:00 and check out is 11:00 am. If you need a different check in or out time please contact our rental manager for availability.
Q: When are all final payments due?
A: Final payments are due 30 days prior to the beginning of your stay.
Q: Are outside campfires allowed?
A: Campfires are permitted on properties that supply fire rings.
Q: What is the liability Policy?
A: All Guests agree to hold and save harmless Peabody & Smith Realty, Inc., their employees, and the property owner from damages or injuries to personal property by reason of any cause whatsoever, either in or about the occupied property or elsewhere.
Q: Are animals allowed at the properties?
A: Each home is individually owner. Pets are allowed with owners permission.
Q: What is your reservation and cancelation policy for vacation rentals?
A: CANCELATION POLICY and FINAL PAYMENT POLICY. All cancelation notification shall be required in writing at the address of the Owner’s Agent or by electronic mail.
A. Full payment for the reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival date
B. If you cancel 30 days or more prior to arrival; your payment(s) will be refunded.
C. If you cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival; a 50% refund of the rental fee(s) will be made
D. No refunds for cancelations made less than 14 days prior to arrival.
E. We offer a very affordable Travel Protection Insurance Plan and encourage all Guests to consider this coverage which will cover you in the event you need make a last minute cancelation for ANY REASON! If you have not already chosen this option and would like to add this protection, please let us know.
