Q: What time is check-in and check out?
A: Check in time is 3:00 to 6:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am. If you need a different
check in or out time please contact our rental manager for availability.
Q: Are there any charges for cleaning of the rental property?
A: We do not have a separate cleaning fee for our property. Our
rental rates include any cleaning fee.
Q: When are all final payments due?
A: Final payments are due 30 days prior to the beginning of your stay.
Q: Are outside campfires allowed?
A: Campfires are prohibited on all properties, sorry.
Q: What is the liability Policy?
A: All Guests agree to hold and save
harmless Peabody & Smith Realty, Inc., their employees, and the property
owner from damages or injuries to personal property by reason of any cause
whatsoever, either in or about the occupied property or elsewhere.
Q: Are animals allowed at the properties?
A: Each home is individually owner. Pets are not allowed in our vacation rentals.
Q: What is your reservation and cancellation policy for vacation rentals? A: At the time of booking your vacation rental, Peabody &
Smith Realty, Inc. will hold your vacation dates at the property selected and
email you a rental contract. Within 14
days of making your reservation, the rental contract and a $500 deposit must be
received to complete the reservation.Your
reservation is not complete until receipt of signed contract and deposit.Final payment of your rental is required 60
days prior to arrival.When any
reservation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival, full payment is
expected at time of booking.
In the unfortunate event you need to cancel your trip the
following cancellation policy will take effect.
·All cancelations must be received in writing.
·If you cancel 30 days or more prior to arrival; half
of the deposit will be refunded.
·If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival; no
refund will be honored.
If your vacation rental dates are re-rented your
deposit and final payment will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee.
